Shipping policy

Our pre-mixed products are for UK Mainland Shipping ONLY.

Please only purchase the pre-mixed product if you can provide a shipping address in England, Wales or Scotland.

We CANNOT ship the pre-mixed product internationally.

PLEASE NOTE: We make every effort to process, pack and ship items as quick as we can.  If an order is made before 11am we will ship it the same day.  If an order is made between 11am and 1pm we still aim to ship it the same day but that will depend on the chosen shipping service and courier collection times.

All shipping times are claimed by the courier.  As soon as the item is handed over we have no control, and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays.  Most shipping services have tracking numbers and these are provided to the customer by email so please check on the status with the courier if you believe your package has been delayed.

Non-Delivery Refund
If an item has failed to have been delivered and is missing in the post or courier system, an item will not be declared lost until 30 days have passed since the date of dispatch. Upon this date and not before, we will consider applying a refund.

Delivery Rejection
If the customer rejects the delivery, we will issue a refund once the package has been returned to us and not before.

EVRI Standard UK Shipping (2.99)

Delivery within 2-4 working days.

EVRI Express UK Shipping (£3.99)

Delivery in 1-3 working days to most UK destinations.

DPD Express Shipping (£4.99)

Delivery in 1-2 working days to most UK destinations. (order must be made before 11am).

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.99)

Delivery next day (order must be made before 11am).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.99)

Delivery next day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (£8.99)

Delivery next day before 1pm (order must be made before 11am)

Dispatch Times

If an order is received before 11am it will be packed and dispatched the same day.

If an order is received after 11am, it will packed and dispatched the next working day.

Note: These are due to courier collection times.

International Shipping

Currently we only have one product that is eligible for international shipping (EU and North America) and this is our self-mix 150ml 10% Kit.

Shipping Fees are as follows (at cost with Royal Mail):
